Managerial Decision Making
A disciplined approach to making big choices
Decision-making is arguably the most critical task that a manager must undertake. Bad choices can not only damage an individual’s career, but also have drastic implications for an organization’s bottom line.
Complicating matters is the ever-increasing pace of our business environments. Managers are asked to make bigger decisions under tighter timelines, higher pressure and with fewer errors in judgment.

In this session, you will:
- Learn how the art and science of effective decision-making could be blended in to a practical process
- Explore the various strategies and techniques employed by successful managers and executives
- Discuss how to build a framework for both strategic and tactical decision making
Following the presentation will be time dedicated to Q&A with our speaker, allowing for real-world application of theoretical concepts.
