As Director of Marketing and Communications for the Student Executive Council (SEC), I am responsible for shaping how we engage with both our Full-Time MBA class and the broader Smith School of Business community. My role involves leading internal and external marketing efforts—including social media, newsletters, event promotions, and branded merchandise—while ensuring all messaging aligns with Smith’s brand standards.
I also serve as the direct liaison between the SEC, the Smith Marketing Department, and the student-led Marketing Club, working to maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and promotional efforts across all platforms.
With a background in Industrial Design, Digital Media Marketing, and experience in non-profit marketing and digital advertising, I bring a strategic and creative approach to communications. Beyond leveraging my skills, I took on this role to step out of my comfort zone, expand my network, build relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the Smith community.
This year, I’m focused on enhancing the monthly newsletter, implementing measurable marketing strategies for continuous improvement, strengthening internal communication, and expanding Smith MBA’s online presence through social media. Through these efforts, I aim to foster a more connected, engaged, and dynamic student experience.
