Smith’s team-based approach will teach me to integrate diverse perspectives and navigate situations where individuals may have different priorities, mirroring the dynamics of my intended work environment, and preparing me to address complex challenges and drive meaningful change in the field.

Post-MBA, I aim to leverage my background in psychology and project management experience to work with organizations to improve access to and the quality of mental health services for all who need it. Long-term, I aspire to lead initiatives that create sustainable, impactful changes in mental health care, benefiting individuals and the broader system.
