I chose the Smith MBA because I wanted an experience that would push me, both professionally and personally. The team-based learning model and the 360-degree coaching really stood out - it’s not just about working together, it’s about learning how to navigate different perspectives, handle challenges, and grow as a leader. Plus, the intensive one-year format meant I’d be all in, and that spoke to me.

Looking back on my MBA decision process, I'd say: put even more weight on the team experience when choosing a program. It’s where the biggest growth happens. You learn to navigate complex situations, build real self-awareness, and come out of it with skills that will stick with you for life. It’s easily the most valuable part of my MBA.

This MBA is all about fast-tracking my career, expanding my network, and pushing myself. So far, it’s been exactly that and more. Learning from my talented, diverse classmates has been incredibly enriching: their perspectives have been just as impactful as the coursework. I’m excited for the rest of the program and for what’s next!
