This program seemed very different from other function/topic based Master's programs. Being able to work in a multi-cultural team just opens up another level of improvement and progression to my career and this is exactly why I joined this program. I wanted to enroll in to a program that would allow me develop my functional areas along with the skills needed to thrive in a multi-cultural environment. I have been selected to go on an exchange at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in Netherlands and I am looking forward to the challenge it brings.
