I chose the MIB program because ...
because it aligns with the 4 C’s that it values most: Competence, Culture, Collaboration, and Connectivity. It provides competence through its experiential learning with a hands-on consulting project with multicultural teams. I was excited about working, studying and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds. Indeed, this will help sharpen my cultural intelligence—an essential trait in today’s diverse business environment and help you become a true global citizen. I firmly believe that you learn a lot more from others and their experiences, and this collaborative environment excited me even more. In addition to the opportunity of an exchange program, Queen's University's renowned faculty and academic reputation would give me an edge. Moreover, Smith's extensive and supportive alumni network, had been an encyclopaedia of experiences and insights for me, as it offered guidance even before me enrolling in the program.
