I chose the MIB program because ...
because it seamlessly aligns with my goal of expanding my leadership and collaboration skills, developed through my experiences in the non-profit sector, on a global scale. The program recognizes the importance of working in diverse, international teams, in an effort to solve complex challenges, which I believe is crucial for personal and professional development. Learning doesn’t come solely from course content, but from engaging with global perspectives and living in different cultures. As someone who has been fortunate to travel, I am eager to further broaden my understanding of international business. Although stepping into a new environment, far from home, can feel uncomfortable, it’s through these experiences that the greatest opportunities for growth are unlocked. The program offers not only academic knowledge but also a unique opportunity to learn from classmates' diverse perspectives, providing a holistic understanding of business in a global context.
