I chose the Smith MIB program because I wanted to immerse myself in a learning environment that brought in different cultural experiences from around the world. It was important for me to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who would push me to become culturally intelligent. I wanted to learn about cultural backgrounds that were different from my own, and increase my cultural intelligence in a professional setting.
