Carine Ladki

Expected Graduation Year: 2028

Biography

My research focuses on equity, diversity and inclusion from a leadership perspective, and how stigmatised identities are perceived and interact in the workplace. My MSc summer project examines how leaders on the autism spectrum are perceived by employees before and after disclosing their identity. During my PhD I would like to extend on this idea and look into the management of virtual teams, and how traits of individuals on the autism spectrum may be well-suited for managing and leading virtual teams.
