Biography

Antoine's research focuses on human-AI collaboration at work and green information systems. His research on human-AI collaboration looks into how working with AI impacts employees' behaviors, engagement, and learning. These efforts aim to safeguard human-specific knowledge within organizations while facilitating the integration of new cognitive automation tools in work processes. Antoine's research on green information systems focuses on the factors driving their use. His most recent study shows that even eco-friendly people can struggle to adopt green technologies when they are not psychologically flexible.
