She has deep global expertise with a proven track record in commercialization, profitable monetization, and strategic growth gained from experience rapidly scaling businesses across diverse industries, ownership structures, and company stages.

Her career began at Procter & Gamble (Canada) with subsequent roles at Ducati Motor Holding/TPG (Italy & USA), Diageo (USA), BRP/Bain Capital (Switzerland). Known for her strategic thinking, customer focus, and ability to build high-performing teams, as Managing Director of flect., she excels at navigating cultural differences and is a sought-after expert in driving value creation collaborating with companies to succeed in complex international markets.

She has launched 100s of solutions for iconic brands including Ducati, Sea-Doo, Jose Cuervo, Salomon, Tide, Crest, CoverGirl. Beyond building branded businesses, she also works on commercializing new technologies, such as leveraging AI across software and hardware solutions and partners with universities and organizations including the World Bank to foster economic development.

Helen holds an MBA from INSEAD (France), an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University (Canada), designations as a trainer/facilitator, and certificates for coaching, mentorship, diversity & inclusivity. She is an active mentor and coach to mid-level executives and Founders, and serves on advisory boards for start-ups and non-profit organizations.
